Because of the nature of these items, minor differences in colour, texture, finish, dimensions, or appearance may appear. Screen settings, lighting, photography, natural materials, handcrafted details, and reasonable production variations can affect the final look.
These differences are not faults — they are part of what makes each piece distinctive. Please review the product description, measurements, materials, and care instructions before ordering.

Product availability, colours, designs, materials, dimensions, and options may change due to stock, supplier availability, seasonal shifts, or other business reasons. 5. Prices and Payment
Unless stated otherwise, prices are shown in United States dollars. Shipping charges, taxes, duties, and other applicable fees will be displayed at checkout where available. You agree to provide complete and accurate billing, delivery, and contact details. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. We generally do not retain complete payment card numbers or security codes.
6. Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not automatically mean it has been accepted. We will make reasonable efforts to help. However, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after processing, production, or shipment has begun. Please check all product selections, personalisation details, billing information, and delivery information carefully before submitting an order.
8. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Shipping destinations, processing times, shipping fees, and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout where applicable. Processing time and transit time are separate. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of customs clearance, severe weather, public holidays, carrier disruptions, high shipping volumes, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages.
9. Returns, Refunds, and Product Issues
Our Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy explains the applicable return period, eligibility requirements, exclusions, return shipping responsibilities, and refund procedures. Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to the applicable policy and mandatory consumer rights. Personalised, customised, or made-to-order products may have limited return eligibility where clearly stated before purchase. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, or materially different from what you confirmed. If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact our customer service team promptly with your order number and supporting photographs or videos. Do not send any product back without prior return authorisation and instructions. Once a return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide the applicable return address and detailed instructions by email.

You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or activity.
